  1. a curriculum vitae (resume),
  2. (information from your passport: surname, Christian names, call name, date, place and country of birth)

  4. a recent photo,
  5. an official document that shows that you were matriculated at a college,

Board of governors
The governors are Rutger G.C.M.M. van Basten Batenburg (president) at Maastricht, René Batenburg (treasurer) from Utrecht en Mathijs van Basten Batenburg (secretary) at Amsterdam. Since the end of 1999 Wim M. van Basten Batenburg from Nijmegen is the 26th collator since the foundation in 1501. He enjoys the honour to decide which student gets the yearly scholarship. The collator is, according to old rules, the oldest and nearest male descendant of the founder in the male family line and Dutch resident. Since 1782 these are the relatives of Maria Helena Catharina van Basten en Jan Hendrick (van) Batenburg from Groenlo. One branch of descendants is named 'Batenburg' and the other branch is named 'Van Basten Batenburg'.

Properties
The properties of the foundation consist mainly out of an estate "De Batenborgh" situated between Groenlo and Winterswijk in the Gelderland province, and some assets at the stock-exchange. There is also a chapel owned by the Foundation.
The Treasurer produces every year a financial report. A copy can be requested from the secretary.
